Understanding the Download Protection Error

Account level and campaign level exports are how you can pull data about your ThruText and ThruTalk campaigns out of GetThru. Exports generate CSV files, and every export is in a "snapshot" style that contains the complete data at the time of the export creation.

When you generate one of these exports, the download links will expire after a short period of time to ensure the security of your data. However, if your download link has expired, please refresh your page and then click on the "Download" link again. The refreshed state will correct the expired state and allow you to retrieve a copy of the exported data successfully.
