ThruTalk exports at the campaign level


ThruTalk Campaign Dials exports can pull data about a single campaign out of ThruTalk. Exports come as a CSV file in "snapshot" style and contain the campaign's complete data at the time of the export creation.

All campaign exports include the 1-3 identifying custom fields you may have selected for your account. If you do not see the custom field you need, please confirm that the "Included in Export" box is clicked on the custom fields page in your account.


To navigate to a campaign's export page, press the "Export" button on an individual campaign page:

To start the exporting process, click the "New Export" button at the top of the page. Once an export is finished, it will be available for download in your export list:

NOTE - The download links expire after a short period of time to ensure the security of your data. Please review our Download Protection Error guide for more information.
