ThruTalk exports at the campaign level
ThruTalk campaign level exports provide data on a single campaign's dials or PatchThrus. Exports come as a CSV file in "snapshot" style and contain the campaign's complete data at the time of the export creation.

Campaign Dials
Campaign Dials provides information on all the dials made on the campaign at the time the export was run.
PatchThru Calls
The PatchThru Calls export provides information about the success of a PatchThru call, which contact connected to which target, and how long the contact was connected to the PatchThru system.
The Campaign Dials export includes the 1-3 identifying custom fields you may have selected for your account. If you do not see the custom field you need, please confirm that the "Included in Export box is clicked on the custom fields page in your account. Please note that custom fields are not available for PatchThru exports at this time.
How to run a ThruTalk Campaign Export
To navigate to a campaign's export page, press the "Export" button on an individual campaign page:
To start the exporting process, select the export type that you would like to run from the drop-down, and click the "New Export" button at the top of the page. Once an export is finished, it will be available for download in your export list:
If an export is run during live calling, the export may not show calls made in the last 5 minutes. For the most accurate totals, please run your export after calling has finished.
