Once your campaign has been launched, you can still go in mid-campaign to edit your initial message. You can do this by pausing your active campaign. 

Note: While a campaign is paused, users will not be able to access their assignment or send messages.

To edit your initial message, from the sidebar click Campaigns > Active or from the dashboard click "View Active Campaigns." Then click into the campaign you wish to edit and select “Pause” in the dark gray bar.


Then select “Script” from the menu bar at the top of the screen.



Edit the initial message to your liking and then click “Update Script”. 

After you are satisfied with your updated initial message, click “Unpause” in the dark gray bar to make your campaign active again.


If you have message senders currently working within an assignment be sure to have them refresh their browser so they can see the updated script.
