Overview of Account-Level ThruTalk Exports

Account-Level ThruTalk exports give you access to call data across all campaigns in your account. These exports are helpful when you want to review all campaign activity within a specific timeframe, evaluate caller performance, or generate a complete Do Not Call list. This guide will walk you through the available export types and how to access them.

Here are a few essential things to know before you get started:

  • Exports are limited to a 90-day date range.
  • All timestamps in these exports use UTC. You can convert to your local time zone using a UTC Time Converter.
  • Data is grouped by export type. Depending on what you need to review, you’ll choose from several export types.

How to Access Account-Level ThruTalk Exports

ThruTalk Exports can be accessed by clicking on Export in the ThruTalk Tools navigation menu.

To select which export type you want, toggle the pulldown menu at the top right of the account-level exports page.


Types of Account-Level Exports

Account Campaign Dials

The Account Campaign Dials export gives you data on your account's campaigns. These exports include call results and script data for all campaigns with dials made during the selected date range. Each campaign’s data is provided in a separate file.


When requesting an export, set the Export Type, the Start Date, End Date, and click on "New Export."

Once the export is finished, click "Download" to review your processed file. Exports must be downloaded separately for each campaign.


Account All Dials

The Account All Dials export shows call results for all campaigns in one file. It does not include script data, making it helpful in reviewing call volumes and outcomes at a glance.


Account Do Not Call

The Account Do Not Call export shows all contacts added to your account’s Do Not Call list, including contacts marked manually or through calling scripts. For more information, see our guide on Do Not Call Management for ThruTalk

Account Caller Details

The Account Caller Details export summarizes each caller’s activity during the selected date range. It helps assess performance, track in-call time, and review call results. For definitions and key concepts, start with Caller Activity Details Report
