ThruTalk Past Campaign Targeting
Ready for round two? Coming soon, you can instantly target contacts from past ThruTalk campaigns! When used with ThruTalk Campaign Cloning, setting up ThruTalk campaigns is quick and easy.
ThruTalk Past Campaign Targeting has four different targeting strategies:
- “All Unreached”: Easily reconnect with anyone who didn’t answer the first time.
- Other Options: Re-target by “All Contacts,” “Not Attempted,” or custom call outcomes.
Making a second pass of your campaign is easier than ever with "All Unreached". Use this targeting option to follow up with anyone who didn't answer in the past campaign.
