Creating a New ThruTalk Phone Bank

Part 1: Create a Calling Campaign

Set up everything your callers need before they can start making calls, including your group, script, and ThruTalk campaign.

  3. Sign up for ThruTalk Integrity
    • ThruTalk Integrity is an optional registration step that helps carriers recognize your organization. 
    • Registering offers an organization branded caller ID and improved contact rates.

  4. Create and Launch a ThruTalk Campaign
    • Select the group and script you prepared.
    • Follow our Launching a ThruTalk Campaign guide for details. 
    • If you registered for ThruTalk Integrity, after launching wait 10-15 minutes before beginning your calling outreach to allow the newly provisioned number to be fully registered with carriers.


Part 2: Get Callers Started

Ensure your callers can sign in, access your ThruTalk campaign, and feel prepared before calling begins. This includes inviting them to your account, assigning them to campaigns, and sharing caller-facing resources.
