ThruTalk Integrity

As part of ongoing efforts to regulate Application-to-Person (A2P) dialing, carriers aim to identify and register organizations using A2P services. ThruTalk allows you to register your organization through ThruTalk Integrity, ensuring your organization is recognized by carriers. This can lead to improved contact rates in your phonebank, as the phone numbers used in your ThruTalk campaigns will be associated with your registered organization. 


The form will be available to fill out via a notice on the ThruTalk campaign index page or by contacting support@getthru.io.

The required fields in italics are only required if your account has not filled out 10DLC Brand Registration. 


NOTE - If the Point of Contact email and website domain differ, registration problems could occur. If the Point of Contact is represented on the website on a team or company who works there page, it can expedite registration. 


Caller ID

In addition to ThruTalk Integrity, our provider now offers Caller ID Name Registration (also known as CNAM registration). During the registration process, you’ll be prompted to indicate whether you'd like to include a caller ID name alongside your integrity registration.


Caller ID Requirements

The caller ID name:

  • Must be unique and clearly associated with your organization.
  • Cannot be generic (e.g., “Voter Outreach” or “Call Center”).
  • Must start with a letter.
  • Can only include letters, numbers, spaces, periods, and commas.
  • Is limited to 15 characters, including spaces and punctuation.
  • Will be reviewed by our provider for relevance and appropriateness.


Display Behavior

Once approved, the caller ID name will be associated with your registered phone number(s). When a campaign is launched:

  • Carriers of the recipients are responsible for querying CNAM databases to retrieve and display your registered name.
  • Display can take several hours to multiple days, depending on how quickly carriers update their records.
  • Not all carriers participate in all CNAM databases, so caller ID display may vary between recipients.
  • GetThru facilitates the registration, but cannot control how individual carriers manage or display CNAM data.

Caller ID name display is ultimately determined by the recipient’s carrier. We cannot guarantee how or when your caller ID will appear to end users, nor force carriers or database providers to update or honor the registration.


Submission

Once you submit your registration, our team works with our phone number provider to process the information. Typically, this process takes 1-3 hours if there are no complications, however, it can take up to 2 business days in the event of an issue that prevents the validation of the organization. Once your organization’s registration is approved for ThruTalk Integrity, a banner will appear at the top of your ThruTalk Active Campaigns Overview.

After the banner appears, any newly launched ThruTalk campaigns will have their phone numbers associated with your registered organization. This association process can take up to 30 minutes, so we recommend waiting at least 30 minutes after launching a campaign before beginning calls.
