Group Refresh, Automations preview + Support hours

It’s a new year and GetThru is kicking things off with a few exciting updates to help your team stay efficient and supported. Check out what’s new, what’s coming soon, and some upcoming adjusted Support hours.


Group Refresh

Phone numbers change over time, and now your data can keep up. The new Refresh Lookups button lets you refresh your group list to pull the most up-to-date carrier data for each phone number. Before launching a new campaign with an existing group, refresh your group to ensure you’re using the latest phone number status. To learn more, check out our guide on the Groups Details Page.


Coming Soon: Automations

We’re getting ready to launch a new Automations system that can programmatically send your first replies in a conversation! Keyword-initiated automated replies will save your team valuable time. For a preview of the new feature, please visit our ThruText Automations guide.


Before we release it widely in February, we’re looking for a few additional testers to try it out. If you’d like early access to Automations and can share feedback, sign up to be part of our testing group! Please reach out to product@getthru.io for early access to the new Automation feature.

 

Adjusted Support Hours: Annual Planning Meeting

From Tuesday, February 3 through Thursday, February 5, our team will be in our Annual Company Planning Meeting. To accommodate travel and full participation, we’ll have adjusted Support coverage during the week of Monday, February 2 through Friday, February 6 (2/2–2/6):

  • High-urgency tickets: Handled during limited hours, 10:00am–4:00pm ET
  • Low-urgency tickets: We’ll respond with an estimated follow-up time based on the request
  • ThruTalk pacing: Monitored 10:00am–8:00pm ET
  • LiveChat: Closed

Starting Monday, February 9th, 2026 Support will return to standard hours. For more details on our regular support schedule, see our guide Getting Help From GetThru Support.
