Campaign Cloning
Cloning a ThruTalk campaign allows you to quickly create a new campaign using the same settings, scripts, and PatchThru Targets as an existing campaign. This saves time and ensures consistency across campaigns.

How to Clone a Campaign
You can clone an active or archived ThruTalk campaign from the campaign index page or the campaign overview page, or clone a draft campaign from the Review page.
- Campaign Index Page - Open the flyout menu by clicking on the three vertical dots under "Actions" and click "Clone":
- Campaign Overview Page - Scroll down the admin campaign page to see the action buttons where you can clone a campaign:
Campaign Review Page - At the top of the Review page for your draft campaign, you'll see a "Clone" button:
Which Parameters are Cloned?
When you clone a campaign, the following parameters are carrier over to the new campaign:
- Title - with "(Cloned)" added to the beginning of the title
- Description
- Time Zone
- Daily Open Times
- PatchThru Targets
- Script
The following parameters will not be brought over to the new campaign:
- Start and End Date
- Segments (Targeting)
- Dialing Order
- Callers
- Regions
- Campaign invite link status (clone have this enabled by default)
Finish Cloning
To finish cloning, you'll want to click "Edit" on the Targeting Section and make selections for segments, dialing order, and regions.
This will cover the required fields for launching, but you can also edit the Start and End Date, add callers, or change any other settings for the campaign. Once you've reviewed the campaign and made any desired edits, click launch and make some dials!
