When can texters send messages?

ThruText will default to text messaging between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the timezone that the campaign is set to. This is an industry-wide best practice that helps prevent recipients' frustration and potential legal issues. Organizations can also set even more restrictive times for texting in any given campaign.

Here's an example of what you will see if you try to log into your account to send messages outside of texting hours:

The message will tell you when you can start texting according to your time zone.

Please contact your organization's texting administrators if your assignment is closed and should be open. If you are an admin, please refer to our guide on open and close times.
