I wanted to share some advance notice about deadlines to sign up your clients hoping to text prior to or on Election Day 2021. We strongly encourage you to get your clients signed up well in advance in order to allow ample time for account set-up and training. To that end, please note the following deadlines:


For ThruTalk, the last day to request an account in order to call prior to or on Election Day 2021 will be Thursday, October 28.


For ThruText, if your client already has a ThruText Campaign Verify token, the last day to request an account to text prior to or on Election Day 2021 will be Thursday, October 28.


For ThruText, if your client does not already have a Campaign Verify token, the last day to request an account to text prior to or on Election Day 2021 will be Tuesday, October 26.


Early Billing in November

Due to the volume of election-based texting and calling, partial-month invoices are available upon request. Please email us at billing@getthru.io with your preferred invoice receipt date.


Any usage that totals more than $3,000 during the November cycle will receive a partial-month invoice for usage from Nov. 1 to Nov. 15 and a subsequent invoice for any usage after Nov. 15.
