We recently reached out with information about adjusted support hours during the GetThru (virtual) company retreat next week from Monday March 29th through Friday April 2nd. To ensure everyone at the company can participate fully, we have adjusted response times to support tickets and chats during this time.

High urgency requests will be reviewed and responded to during our normal support hours -- 9am - 10pm ET. 

Low urgency requests will be handled between 9am - 12pm ET. Any low-urgency requests arriving after 12pm ET will be responded to the following day. 

Adjusted ThruTalk Support Hours:
High Urgency Tickets: 9am - 10pm ET
Low Urgency Tickets: 9am - 12pm ET
List submissions: 9am - 5pm ET
Chat: 12pm - 5pm ET
Calling: 12pm-10pm ET

ThruTalk List Scheduling Protocol Updates
At the end of each night, we compile a list of services that have made calls in the last 3 days; today, yesterday, the day before, and schedule those lists for those services for the following day. If you did not call during that time, use the Calling Today or Tomorrow button in your ThruTalk Admin Console to notify the support team. You can also submit a replace list when ready to call and it will be available for calls within 15 minutes of submission during open hours. ThruTalk Dashboards
We have an update to ThruTalk calling dashboards which is now displaying a better representation of the day's dials. We are still monitoring and will continue to update the ThruTalk admin console notice with updates.
