Now that the dust has (mostly) settled after Election Day Week, we’re doing a bit of cleanup -- and we need your help:


If you plan to continue making calls, please use the button in your admin console labeled “Calling Plans” to let us know. Additionally, if you plan on making calls, but only will be using a subset of your services, please remove any unused services


If you want to completely close your ThruTalk account and won’t be making any more calls, please use the button in your admin console labeled “Close Account.


List loading protocols are returning to pre-GOTV list loading protocols. 

  • If you are calling today, your lists will be automatically active tomorrow. 
  • If you did not call today you should use the "Call Tomorrow" button in your ThruTalk Admin Panel to schedule your phone bank in advance. 
  • Our current list loading guidelines can be found in our List Loading Process article. List size limits will remain 50k records. 


If you have not filled out the Calling Plans form above or a Call Tomorrow request, you will NOT be able to make calls the same day beginning this Friday, the 13th.

If you have more than 3 services those not specified in your "Calling Plans" submission will be deactivated. Reactivation requests for those can be submitted on a service-by-service basis and will take approximately 3 days to complete. Please plan your usage accordingly.

 

Post-election calling hours: just a reminder that if you’re still making calls, we’ve got your back -- but we’re on a more limited schedule of Mon-Sat 12pm-10pm ET and Sun 2pm-8pm ET.

 

Upcoming ThruTalk Holidays:

  • ThruTalk will be closed on Thanksgiving (Nov. 26) and the day after Thanksgiving (Nov. 27). 

Our support team will be enjoying time with their families those days, and so will resume responding to support requests sent via chat and email on November 28th.
