We hope you are staying safe, and we’re honored to be helping so many of you with increased community outreach in response to COVID-19.
With over fifty percent of the primaries completed, ThruTalk is doing some spring cleaning. Services with no activity during the last 90 days, and no lists sent in for future usage by Friday, May 1st, will be disabled. Disabled services will still be accessible for script management and can be re-enabled for calling in 2-3 days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
ONGOING SERVICE AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
In order to maintain service capacity for active clients, we will be changing how we manage inactive services going forward.
90-day Inactivity — Going forward, services with no usage for 90 days will be disabled. Disabled services will still be accessible for script management and can be re-enabled for calling in 2-3 days by emailing email@example.com.
Close Service Option — If you are no longer using a service and have no plans to use it, please use our close service option to help us with spring cleaning!
Close Account Option — If your campaign has ended and you are no longer in need of your calling account, please use our close account option on the admin console.
UPDATES TO NON-STANDARD HOUR PHONE BANKS
ThruTalk is also making changes to how we manage Non-Standard Hour phone banks — when we are only open by request.
Updated Charge to Request a Non-Standard Hours Phone Bank — ThruTalk has updated the charge for Non-Standard Hour phone banks to $100/hour (with the exception of GOTV phone banks, as noted below). This charge is in addition to our standard per dial charges. You can read more about how to request Non-Standard Hour Phone Banks outside of GOTV times in our help center.
Request a Non-Standard Hours Phone Bank for GOTV — ThruTalk will now provide Non-Standard hours for GOTV efforts during Election Day and the preceding two days at no additional charge. You can read more about how to request a Non-Standard Hours GOTV Phone Bank in our help center.
As a reminder, ThruTalk’s current standard hours are as follows:
Monday - Saturday: 10am ET - 11:30pm ET
Sunday: 12pm ET - 11:30pm ET
