Start at thrutalk.io/admin
Click Sign in and use your google account that has access.
You’ll see your account. In your account, you will see your service(s).
If you receive an email that you have been added as a new admin and have issues with access or see a "no accounts" message, try the following:
- Check the email address that was added to be sure the capital and lowercase letters are correct. You can check the exact capitalization in the confirmation email you received when you were granted access.
- Log out of ALL google related accounts and log back in with the account provided for admin access first - as the PRIMARY google account.
If you need to contact support, it can be helpful to take a screenshot of the login screen so we can see the exact email capitalization if there are still issues.
