Add to Nightly Reports is for requesting an email be added to your nightly reports, which are how your call results are sent each day. 


On your admin panel under Reporting, find the option for Past Call Results.

Add to Nightly Reports


  1. Enter an email address to add to nightly reports. Enter the email again to confirm. 
  2. Click "Add to Reports" to submit the request. You will receive an email to confirm it has been completed.


Nightly Reports begin running around 10 pm local time and you will receive the report shortly thereafter depending on the amount of calls and the time required to run the report.
