Ask a question is for reaching out to the support team when chat is offline or for a question for a specific department.

On your admin panel under Support, find the option for Ask a question.


  1. Enter your Email
  2. I need help with is for picking your question category so it can be quickly routed to the correct department. 
  3. Product is where you pick ThruTalk
  4. Subject is for the general topic
  5. Description is where you can include all the details for your question. 
  6. A file can be attached if needed
  7. Submit
