Ask a question is for reaching out to the support team when chat is offline or for a question regarding a specific department. This section can be accessed through the service admin page.

On your admin panel under Support, find the option for Ask a question.


  1. Enter your Email and choose "Add cc" if you want to input any additional email addresses.
  2. I need help with a is for picking your question category so it can be quickly routed to the correct department. 
  3. Product is where you select ThruTalk.
  4. Subject is where you can input the general topic for your question.
  5. Description is where you can include all the details for your question. 
  6. Attach a file can be used to attach any relevant files or screenshots.
  7. Click Submit.
